Deal board

Line items from the service catalogue, discount by amount or percent, VAT and withholding tax worked out, and the amount in Thai words. Each document is issued in Thai or English.

Can a quotation be split into payment instalments?
Yes. Instalments are set by percent, each with its condition and payment term. They are checked against the quotation value and printed on the document, and you can bill the whole quotation or one instalment at a time.
What if a sent quotation needs changing?
A sent quotation is locked, and changes go out as a revision (-R1, -R2) instead of overwriting it.
Can documents be issued in English?
Yes. Each document can be issued in Thai or English.
How does our accountant get the figures?
QuoteDesk covers the deal, quotation, billing, payment and WHT certificate, and each month can be exported to CSV for the accountant. Cost and profit per deal are visible to the owner only.
