GatePassAccess, Visitor & Parking Platform

One GatePass, assembled for the way your site works.

GatePass is one platform for the people and cars that come through your gate. Visitor management (VMS) and license plate recognition (LPR) are modules, and so are paid parking, E-Stamp, the member app and the tenant company portal. We assemble the modules you need into a solution for your kind of site - Residence, Building or Pay Park - and every module asks the same access engine, so a lapsed parking right and a visitor who turns up early get the same answer at every gate, on every shift. It runs in the cloud, on an on-site box, or both.

Solutions

Pick the solution by who your visitor came to see.

A solution is a ready-made set of modules for one kind of site. VMS and LPR are modules, not separate products, so either one can sit in any solution.

GatePass Residence

For villages, condominiums and apartments

Who they came to see: a unit

Everyone coming in is visiting a household, so the member sits at the centre. Cars and family accounts are managed from the phone, guests are registered ahead with a plate and a time window, and the guard house sees the same answer for every plate.

  • Visitor pre-registration

GatePass Building

For office buildings, malls, hospitals and mixed-use sites

Who they came to see: a tenant

Visitors are going to a tenant company, so each company runs its own visitors, E-Stamps and parking coupons from its own portal, while the office sees everything in one back office.

GatePass Pay Park

For public paid car parks

Who they came to see: nobody

Built for a lot with nobody on site. The ticket dispenser at the entrance prints a QR slip, the driver scans it and pays on their own phone by PromptPay QR, and the LPR camera opens the barrier for plates that have paid.

Modules

Eight modules, one access engine.

01

VMS: visitor management

Visitors scan a QR poster and register on their own phone, take a photo, give consent and get an e-QR pass. Every registration is checked against the blacklist, and approval is automatic, one step or a chain, set per site and per person type. It works for people on foot and for people in a car.

02

LPR: plate recognition and barrier

Entry and exit cameras read the plate and the lane answers on the spot. When the plate cannot be read the guard types it and the flow carries on. A plate that does not match its slip opens a case for the office instead of disappearing.

03

Turnstile pass and entry display

The e-QR pass works at the turnstile as soon as it is approved. The entry screen shows name, photo and direction within about a second, and cycles the building's own posters and videos when nobody is passing.

04

Pre-registration and company portal

Members, tenant companies, contractors or the office register a visitor ahead with a plate and a time window. Company admins register their own people one at a time or by CSV import, and follow approval without calling the building.

05

Members, cars and member app

Cars with an approval queue, suspension and a plate blacklist. The head of a household manages the other members, and any member can lock a car so it cannot leave. The member app covers cars, parking quota, visitors, entry history and notifications.

06

Paid parking and PromptPay

A ticket at entry, payment by PromptPay QR on the ticket, in the lobby or at the exit lane screen, then drive out. Visitor fees, member parking packages and a revenue summary come with it.

07

E-Stamp and coupons

Hour coupons sold to tenant companies, issued against a plate or by scanning the QR on the parking ticket, with a ledger on both sides. A cancelled stamp returns its coupon.

08

Back office, reports and audit

Action queues for today, live status and traffic trends, an access log with CSV download, access and revenue reports, an audit log and role permissions set by the customer administrator.

Every screen included

Four screens, one system.

The guard house, the barrier, the member phone and the office are not four products stitched together. They are four views of the same data, asking the same engine the same question.

Tablet in the guard house

Guard console

Both lanes side by side with the decision for each vehicle, barrier control, visitor charging and requests from members. Guards sign in to a shift with their name and a 6-digit PIN, and a handheld with a built-in printer works alongside it.

Screen at the barrier

Lane screen

A registered car opens the barrier on its own and anyone else presses for a parking ticket. On the way out the screen shows a PromptPay QR when the plate matches a ticket that is still unpaid.

Phone

Member app

Cars in the household, the anti-theft lock, parking quota, visitor registration, E-Stamp, entry history, notifications, calling a taxi or a guard, and accounts for the rest of the household.

Desktop

Back office and company portal

Units or tenant companies, people, vehicles, visitors, parking bills, E-Stamps, staff and project settings for the office, plus a portal where each tenant company handles its own visitors and coupons.

LPR: how it works

From the plate to the barrier in one pass.

A car pulls up. Nobody opens a book and nobody phones anyone. This is everything that happens between the bumper reaching the line and the barrier going up.

  1. 01

    The camera reads the plate

Entry and exit lanes each have their own camera. When the plate cannot be read - rain, mud, an awkward angle - the guard types it and the rest of the flow is unchanged.

  2. 02

The system says who it is

The plate is matched against the project: a resident vehicle, a visitor somebody registered, or a car nobody expected.

  3. 03

    One engine decides

Approval status, parking rights, the anti-theft lock, the visitor time window and the stamp are all checked in the same place - the one every screen calls.

  4. 04

The answer comes with a reason

Pass, refuse with the reason on screen, or hand it to the guard to judge. The guard is never left guessing which rule applied.

  5. 05

    Every pass is written down

Time, lane, plate, unit and outcome are recorded, so a resident can check their own history and the office can answer a complaint with a record instead of a memory.

Why it is worth it

What changes on the ground.

The gate stops being a negotiation

The answer comes from one rulebook, not from whoever is on shift. A resident cannot talk their way past a lapsed parking right, and a guard never has to be the one refusing on their own authority.

Residents stop phoning the office

Registering a guest, adding a car, buying parking quota and checking who came in last night are all done from the phone, at any hour, with nobody in the office awake.

Visitor parking actually gets collected

The hours are counted by the system at the exit lane and the stamp clears them. Nothing depends on a guard remembering when a car came in.

Complaints get answered with a record

Every entry, exit and refusal is timestamped against a plate and a unit, so "nobody told me" and "that never happened" both have somewhere to be checked.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kind of site is GatePass for?

GatePass has a solution for each kind of site, split by who the person entering came to see. Residence is for villages, condominiums and apartments, where visitors go to a unit. Building is for office buildings, malls, hospitals and mixed-use sites, where visitors go to a tenant. Pay Park is for public paid car parks with nobody on site.

Are VMS and LPR separate systems?

No. GatePass is one product. VMS (visitor management) and LPR (license plate recognition and barrier) are modules that can sit in any solution. You choose the modules a site needs and we assemble them into that site's solution.

How does GatePass Pay Park work?

The ticket dispenser at the entrance prints a QR slip, the driver scans it and pays on their own phone by PromptPay QR, and the LPR camera opens the barrier for plates that have paid. It is designed for a car park with nobody on site.

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR poster at the entrance and fill in one web form on their own phone, take a photo and give consent. Anyone without a phone can use the tablet or PC at the counter, which runs the same web page.

How are visitors and contractors pre-registered?

Members use the app, tenant companies and contractors use their portal, or the office registers them. Each visitor gets a plate, a time window and free parking, and company admins can register their own people one at a time or as a CSV import for a whole group. The barrier already knows the car when it arrives.

What happens when the camera cannot read a plate?

When rain, mud or an awkward angle gets in the way, the guard types the plate and the rest of the flow is unchanged.

Can we keep our existing barrier, cameras and turnstiles?

An existing barrier can usually be reused through a relay. Supported LPR cameras are Dahua, Hikvision and ZKTeco, and other brands are assessed at the site survey. Turnstiles connect through one device interface, and the connector for the building's controller or access platform (for example HikCentral) is set up for the brand on site and confirmed at the site survey. It runs in the cloud, on an on-site box, or both.

How do paid parking and E-Stamps work?

Cars take a ticket at entry and pay by PromptPay QR on the ticket, in the lobby or at the exit lane screen. Tenant companies buy hour coupons and issue E-Stamps by plate or by scanning the ticket QR. A cancelled stamp returns its coupon.

How do you keep the wrong people out?

Every registration is checked against the blacklist by document number. A match blocks the pass and quietly alerts staff. Approval can be automatic, a single manual step or a chain, set per site and per person type.
